Web3Software B.V. ("Web3Software", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we collect and process. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. It applies to our website at web3software.co and to the services we provide to clients.

• Client engagement data — information exchanged during the delivery of services, governed additionally by the contract between us.

Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months after our last contact; client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by applicable tax and contractual obligations; and marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, and to withdraw consent at any time. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of your data with the same rigour we apply to the systems we build for clients.
