About Web3Software

A senior engineering partner for the on-chain economy

Web3Software was founded on a simple conviction: the financial infrastructure being built on-chain deserves the same engineering rigour as the systems it aims to replace. We are the team institutional operators call when reliability, security and latency are not optional.

Our mission

Make on-chain infrastructure worthy of institutional trust

Most failures in this space are not failures of vision — they are failures of engineering. Bridges drained, contracts exploited, exchanges halted. Behind nearly every headline is a system that was shipped before it was ready, by a team that treated security as a milestone rather than a mandate.

We exist to change that. Our mission is to build blockchain, trading and AI systems that institutions can stake their reputation — and their balance sheet — on. That means formal specifications, invariant testing, independent audits and production monitoring as standard, not as upsell.

We measure ourselves by a single number: value lost to vulnerabilities in systems we have shipped and operate. To date, that number is zero — and we intend to keep it that way.

What we stand for

The principles behind every engagement

These are not aspirations on a wall. They are the standards we hold ourselves to on every line of code we ship.

01

Engineering integrity

We say what we mean and ship what we say. If something is the wrong call — technically or commercially — we tell you, even when it costs us the work.

02

Security as a mandate

On-chain, mistakes are permanent. We design for adversaries from day one, with reviews, invariants and audits baked into the process — never bolted on.

03

Senior by default

No junior bench, no offshore relay. The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it, end to end.

04

Long-term ownership

We build systems we would be comfortable operating ourselves for years — observable, documented, and maintainable long after launch.

05

Radical clarity

Weekly demos, transparent estimates and honest status. You always know exactly where your project stands.

06

Outcomes over output

Lines of code are a cost, not a deliverable. We optimise for the result you need in production, not hours billed.

The team

The people you'll actually work with

Protocol engineers, cryptographers and systems specialists who have shipped at scale — and stayed to operate what they built.

Adrian Vance

Founder & Managing Partner

Twelve years building distributed systems and capital-markets infrastructure, the last six dedicated to blockchain, on-chain settlement, and quantitative trading platforms. Leads engagement strategy and architecture for the firm's most demanding clients.

Nadia Kovač

Principal Blockchain Engineer

Specialises in high-performance on-chain systems across Solana and the EVM. Designed the concentrated-liquidity program and tick-math core behind a DEX that has cleared billions in volume, and leads the firm's Rust and Anchor practice.

Tomas Berg

Principal Smart Contract Engineer

Leads Solidity and formal-verification work, with a focus on regulated tokenisation and DeFi. Architected the permissioned-token suite behind a fund that has settled hundreds of millions of euros on-chain with zero critical audit findings.

Yusuf El-Amin

Head of Security & Audit Liaison

Drives the firm's security discipline end to end: threat modelling, invariant testing, fuzzing, and coordination with external auditors. Former protocol security researcher who has reviewed and hardened systems holding nine figures of value.

Lena Fischer

Lead AI & Quantitative Engineer

Builds the firm's AI execution and quantitative systems, pairing reinforcement-learning policies with deterministic risk gates and explainable decisioning. Led the execution agent that cut realised slippage by roughly a third for a systematic trading firm.

Our approach

How we work

The same disciplined method underpins every engagement — from a single audited contract to a complete exchange. It is what lets us move quickly without ever moving recklessly.

  1. 01

We start with the threat model

Before architecture, we map what can go wrong — economically and technically — and design the system to make those failures impossible or contained.

  2. 02

    We specify before we build

Ambiguity is the enemy of secure systems. Mechanics, interfaces and invariants are written down and reviewed with you up front.

  3. 03

    We build in tight increments

Continuous integration, comprehensive tests and weekly demos keep the work visible and course-correctable at every step.

  4. 04

    We harden before we ship

Internal review, fuzzing, invariant testing and external audit coordination precede any value moving on-chain.

  5. 05

    We stay after launch

Monitoring, runbooks and on-call support mean we are there when it matters most — production day one and beyond.

Let's talk about what you're building

Bring us the hard problems — the ones where security, latency and reliability actually matter. We'll tell you honestly how we'd approach them.
